DeskMind provides a customizable AI chat widget you can embed on your own website. You supply the knowledge base content; our AI generates replies to your visitors based only on that content.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree not to use DeskMind to: violate any law; harass, abuse, or harm anyone; distribute malware or spam; impersonate another business or person; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the knowledge base content you provide. We don't review it before it's used to generate replies.
The Free plan includes a daily reply limit. The Pro plan is billed monthly via Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
AI-generated replies are based on the content you provide, but AI systems can occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete answers. DeskMind is not liable for decisions made based on widget replies. You should review your knowledge base regularly.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
DeskMind is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
